My Perfect Stamp

The Brief

Emma first approached me considering to give up her dream of owning and operating an ecommerce store that sources craft products from the USA and delivers them, much more competitively to UK crafters. She had been in business for 4 months and was yet to make her first sale.

The brief was to help create the marketing plan and implement all aspects of it, including but not limited to; creating the website, creating social profiles, implementing marketing strategies and tatics.

The Results

The business had the first sale within 3 weeks of working with me and has had consistent sales every month since. I bought a template and built the business a Shopify website which contintues to grow in terms of traffic and sales every month. Since working together, the conversion rate has increased by 35% YOY, we’ve increased customer retention by 144% from 8.75% to 21.43%. Store sessions and in turn sales also increase month on month.

The strategies we use for My Perfect Stamp include social media, email marketing, and Facebook Ads predominently due to budget and resource. Email marketing has been the biggest driver in terms of ROI, having built the list to just 156 subscribers through a lead magnet, and previous customers. With an average open rate of 54.63% – email attributes over 40% of the revenue each month to the business.

We also use social media to drive traffic and have since built a small following on the My Perfect Stamp Instagram profile with an average 13.61% engagement rate. However, due to the behaviour of Instagram users, not much resource is spent on the platform. Considering the product types My Perfect Stamp retails, Pinterest plays a big part in driving traffic to the site and has resulted in thousands of website visitors.

The Wedding Emporium | Lorna Scully Digital

The Results

So far we have decided on personal touch strategies and and outreach program to attract the high standard of suppliers that the client is looking for. This include social engagement to warm the ideal audience, a range of Facebook Ads targeted toward the desired location & interests. I have also created a 3 step automated email sequence that will reduce the number of hours spent, personally by the client sharing information with the suppliers.

The Brief

To increase sales by creating a marketing strategy & plan for the business which included marketing to independent stockists nationally. Over a three-month period increase the brands visibility by implementing SEO strategies to the businesses ecommerce website built on WordPress with WooCommerce.

The Results

I started by creating and linking all online business assets wiht the variety of Google Business Tools. With the company being a local supplier (Peterborough) and looking to sell in to independent retailers in the area, I spent time optimising the Google My Business Page. Keyword research was carried out and a plan was created to implement by building various pages on The Tea Bag Bedding website. Each existing page, product & info, was optimised fully for targte keywords including product descriptions & imagery.
